What happens to your data
No legal jargon. No vague promises. Here is exactly what we do (and don't do) with your documents and data.
🔒Your documents stay yours
When you upload a document, it is stored in an environment that belongs only to your organization. No other Qimora customer can ever see it. The separation is technical, not just a policy.
When you delete a document, it is gone. Not archived. Not soft-deleted. The file and every trace of it (including the AI index we build from it) are permanently removed.
👁️We never read your documents
Qimora team members do not read, review, or access your documents or your AI conversations. Ever. There is no admin panel where we can browse your files.
Our logs only record technical events — things like "request took 200ms" or "server error at 14:03". The content of your questions and documents is never written to any log.
🇪🇺Your data never leaves the EU
Everything — your documents, your questions, the AI responses — is processed and stored on servers inside the European Union. Nothing is routed through the US or any other region.
We do not use third-party AI providers like OpenAI or Anthropic to process your documents. Our AI runs on our own infrastructure. Your data never touches an external model.
🚫We never use your data to train AI
Your documents are used for one thing only: answering your team's questions. They are never fed into a shared model, never used to improve Qimora for other customers, and never sold or shared with any third party.
📄AI answers are grounded in your documents only
When you ask a question, the AI only looks inside your uploaded documents for the answer. It does not browse the internet, pull from other customers' data, or guess. If the answer is not in your documents, it will tell you that directly.
✅Built with GDPR in mind
We collect only what is necessary to run the service. We do not build profiles, track behavior across sessions, or use your data for advertising. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

The short version
Your documents are stored in the EU, only you can see them, we never read them, we never train AI on them, and deleting them actually deletes them. That's it.
