- No shared datasets and no cross-organization learning
- If information is not present in your documents, the system explicitly states it
No Data Reuse
- Your data is never used to train public or shared AI models
- Documents are processed solely to serve your organization’s requests
Secure Processing
- All access is authenticated and verified on every request
- Vector search and AI queries are tenant-restricted
- Deleting a document permanently removes its content and embeddings
Privacy-First Logging
- Only technical metrics are logged (performance, errors, uptime)
- No document content, user questions, or AI answers are stored in logs
Data Location & Access
- All data is processed and stored within the European Union
- No data is sent to third-party AI providers or external LLM services
- Qimora team members do not access customer documents or AI queries
